The Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre

NLR is the national research centre on the Netherlands for identifying, developing and applying advanced technological knowledge in the area of aerospace. The mission of NLR is to increase the sustainability, safety and efficiency of air transport. The activities of NLR span the full spectrum of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E). NLR thereby bridges the gap between research and practical applications, while working for both government and industry. Founded in 1919, and employing some 650 people.
 

In INVIRCAT, NLR:

  • contributes to the operational concept development in WP2

  • supports validation activities in WP3 is in charge of the project coordination and management

  • supports the consolidation of results in WP4

  • contributes to communication and dissemination initiatives in WP5
